Public Kids Activities

One thing we try to take advantage of every year are all the great park activities. They probably have them in your city as well.
This year we are doing tennis camp, volleyball camp and T-Ball for the younger daughter. In the Fall we will do soccer for her as well.
These kinds of activities are affordable and are a great way to keep kids active over the summer months.
The biggest disadvantage I have seen has been the weather this year. We missed more than half the T-ball practices and tennis luckily took place today despite a lot of rain last night.
Do a search for your local part service and see what kind of family friendly activities they have in your city.
